New Jersey has a renewable energy program available to help off-set the costs of installing
fuel cells, photovoltaic, small wind, or sustainable biomass technologies. The
New Jersey Board of Public Utilities manages the program.
For systems up to 10kW in size, the grant amount is $5.00/Watt, up to a
maximum of 60% of eligible system costs.
The rebate amounts for large systems are as follows:
- Tier I (up to 10kW) -----------
$4.00/Watt
